Mary Stephens, having struggled with how to answer questions from her three little ones, wished there was a book that helped explain the story of Santa. She decided to take a break from her job as CEO of an education technology company to write this Christmas story. As an experienced K-12 educator and professor, Mary made sure to teach the history of Saint Nicholas and the meaning behind the holiday.
